We Can Help You, Inc is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization with a mission of educating individuals about Medicare and Social Security as they begin their transition into retirement.
Flora Acosta
Executive Director
Flora is a founding member for We Can Help You, Inc. and currently serves as its Executive Director.
Flora received her bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University. She is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Rhode Island. In addition to her health and life insurance license, Flora maintains her annual AHIP certification and is certified in long term care.
Jeremiah Holland, Esq.,
Board Member
Jeremiah (“Jere”) has over 25 years Medicare experience in both his capacity as an attorney and as an insurance agent.
Jere is a graduate of Providence College and the New England School of Law and has been a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association since 1989.
Amy Putrino
Board Member
Amy is a founding member of We Can Help You, Inc. She has specialized in assisting beneficiaries with Medicare decisions since 2011.
In addition to her breadth of knowledge with respect to Medicare, Amy is extremely well versed on the coordination between Medicare and Medicaid.
James Soucy
Director of Medicare Education
Jim is the founder of We Can Help You, Inc. and served as the Executive Director until transitioning to his current role as Director of Medicare Education.
Jim has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. In addition to his insurance producer’s license and annual AHIP certification, Jim maintains certification as a National Social Security AdvisorSM.
Kevin Skaltsis, CFP®, CFEd®
Director of Social Security Education
Kevin Skaltsis is on the Board of Directors of We Can Help You, Inc. and serves as Vice President and as the Director of Social Security Education.
Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College. In addition to Kevin’s roles at We Can Help You, Inc. he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, and a CFE Certified Financial Educator® and owner of True Financial, a financial planning practice based in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.

Joseph Vitterito, II, M.D.,
Board Member
Dr. Vitterito received his medical degree from Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth University where he went on to be a fellow at Dartmouth-Hitchock Medical Center.
Dr. Vitterito serves as the medical advisor and Board Member for We Can Help You, Inc.
